I haven't been to beaver in months.

thinking about fishing this weekend. I heard war eagle looks bad & is tough. I'm leaving from HC. Should I run up to Monte Ne or give the rivers a try? I have no idea if turnover has occurred, but I'm guessing we need hard rain to flush out the rivers. 

I'm a square bill, RK crawler, Ned & jig type fisherman. 

Where do you suggest I go ?

I saw a lot of bait and a quite a few stripers between the islands at PC on Sunday. I guess I'd start looking around there and work my way above 12 if you don't find them there. Good luck and tight lines.

Trophy fish they shroud turn on the back of creeks by Thanksgiving when the green fish get used to the cold. The only thing a ned rig rig got me last time were cats and few 6in spots. It has been tough all over.

If I work out my battery issues I'll be out Sunday. Hopefully I'll be able to put something together. I'll report back what I find. Very good possibility of that being not much. Haha.

Have you been over to Bob Kidd?  AGFC did an electroshock survey over there and they reported they saw quite a few bass and redears.  I want to make it down there one of these days, just haven't done it.

I did last year. Said I wasn't going back. Not as good as it used to be. And of a small lake, boat etiquette is even worse there.
