Looking for the best place to order custom made breathable waders.  Any suggestions?

Phil.....Simms has a great custom program. They of course are premium priced but never disappoint. Price only hurts once. Consistent performance on the water is hard to argue. Simms delivers and backs their products with service and satisfaction.  All the best!  Bill

Define "custom made".

Are you wanting features or better fit?

I was looking at a very well made pair of waders a couple years ago but could never cough up the money for something I could not hold and look at first.  I think is was USIA waders out of Oregon.   Expensive though.

I have had good luck with Orvis guide weight waders. I even have a pair of their breathables in camo for ducks. They hold up well and are comfy. Their preformed foot can be tough to get in a dry boot.

I have never seen a custom wader. I have always bought retail. Lacrosse, Drake, and Ball are other brands I have worn, but they were neoprene or rubber.

Talk to a fisheries guy and see what they use. They spend a lot of time in them.
