Skeeter ZX190 Posted April 19, 2017 Posted April 19, 2017 Put in at Long Shoal at 2:00 pm and headed toward the Big Tebo. Water temps were 65 to 66. Went to a pretty good sized cove and started throwing a 1/16th ounce white grub. Caught a 18 1/2 inch largemouth. I was looking for crappie but wasn't finding any so I thought I would head to the Osage arm and see if I could find some more stained water. Hit one of those deep cuts off of the bluff bank across from Shawnee Bend. About halfway back I started catching crappie not far off of the bank. Like yesterday, they were all 9 1/2 to 11 inch crappie. Two females and 13 males. Watched the A-10 Warthogs put on a fireworks show with the flairs they were releasing. kjackson and tho1mas 2
