Dan the fisherman Posted May 23, 2017 Posted May 23, 2017 I'm continuing to fish most all of the waters from RB to the darn. I got out yesterday around 5 and fished till dark. It was tough all day till the sunset (after trying 5 spots). I caught 4 bass in the waning light. One which was a nice smallie. Right as I decided to leave I heard a familiar sound, the sound of grenade's going off on the point across from me. I zoomed over as fast as I could without the big motor. By the time I got there they shut down but my screen was lite up like a Christmas tree. It was dark by then so I decided to get back to the spot early morning. After getting up at 3am, making breakfast and making the 40 minute drive to the launch, I was there at 515am today. It worked out nicely too!! I ended up with 2 Striper and 2 fat spots. All which made it home with me as my mother asked for me to bring her some ( she doesn't eat anything other meats but fish). All was top water also, not to say that I didn't try live bait, because I did have 4 rods out with brooders they just wouldn't take them. N e ways, water temp was 71-73 and the bite was from 530-830 so if u want some, better get there early. Here's a couple of pics. jolicious, Quillback, zarraspook and 6 others 9

Quillback Posted May 23, 2017 Posted May 23, 2017 Very nice! Looks like the water color on that end didn't get messed up by the latest rise. Dan the fisherman 1

Dan the fisherman Posted May 24, 2017 Author Posted May 24, 2017 It's been up a while. It's come down a bit since I was out with the boys the past weekend
