Can you launch at Baxter yet?

Not on the usual ACOE ramp, it's still several feet underwater.  Some are managing to wade their rigs thru the water at the upper level of the lower parking lot, pull around onto the upper lot and launch at that one narrow spot between the tree-line that separates the upper from the lower parking lot but it's really tight.   Forget about using the courtesy dock, it's still floating about 50' out in the lake.
