Cape Fair a good place to go? I've never been there. Trying to find a place with less pleasure boaters and maybe some cover from the wind. 42lb thrust on a 16 ft aluminum tracker doesn't fair too great against wake. Also I heard bridgeport was kind of sketchy to put in now? Do you happen to know if its partially flooded or anything?

Sorry don't get on here that often. Hope you were able to get out. I haven't been up to Cape since all the flooding. Been down around Aunt's myself fishing down to Kim City and up the White. Hope you were able to get on some fish.

Ended up going to Cape Fair. Bridgeport was flooded and part of the marina was flooded. Someone blocked one of the ramps when they parked and there was a million people down there ended up putting in below Flat Creek restaurant and fished around the mouth of James and Flat Creek. Caught around 10 or so and had five right around the keeper mark nothing much bigger. Pics would upload but I think the biggest was skinny largemouth about 16.5 inches.
