Eclipse report?

 Did anybody get out on the lake today?  Just wondered if there was a magic bite or was it like the day the earth stood still. I fished Sunday morning  and had some good action on a buzzbait. Caught some keepers, the strikes weren't explosive but they weren't messing around, they ate it for keeps.

I fished from 8 to 1030 around Cedar Ridge. Water was high from the rain Sunday night and covering the dock when I put it. Caught few Crappie and white bass. Nothing special, enjoyed a few hours.

I'm wondering how the water is now after the rain on Sunday and the rain that went through this morning and last night. 

I will probably put in tonight to unwind and see if my "fixes" to the outboard were successful if nothing else.
