How close can you get to a "Squeaky Dolphin" without worrying about pattent infringement?

Don't know but I know I am not even close with what I make now.  I have seen many similar baits as the one you mention and have not seen any mention of infringement.

Curious, how do you paint the blades?  Are you dropping them in a fluid bed or air brushing?

The baits look great, if I didn't make my own I would jump on this deal.
