Dan the fisherman Posted December 13, 2017 Posted December 13, 2017 The top water bite has finally slowed down early last week. It’s a shame sense I love catching them that way the best. All fish now are being caught on down lines 20-40 feet down. Stripers are really on the move now with colder water temps. Temps are 53-50. I caught a 4 today, 1 yesterday, 2 Saturday. Just find the bait and the fish shouldn’t be to far behind. Good luck out there guys. Stay safe. Fish Hound, Stump bumper, Quillback and 6 others 9

Stump bumper Posted December 13, 2017 Posted December 13, 2017 I was out Sunday, wind was really rough so I was looking for shad in creeks. Finally found some in PC, good shad balls 30 feet but all the fish under them were bass that keep tearing up bait. I only got one stripper right at dark and he was not on the shad ball, just moving back while I was moving in to go home. I really like the picture on that fishfinder, my little 5 inch Hummingbird just doesn't zoom like that.
