Very calm day on the water, quite a few white bass and only one Crappie bite.   Perhaps I need to fish the tournament tomorrow?  Don’t hesitate to throw a jig on the channel swing banks.   Water temps were 40 to 43 degrees.   Only caught five largemouths, however they were all keepers and would’ve gone about 15 pounds!

Good job.  Thinking about coming down on Monday or Tuesday but with all this rain it has me wondering if I should wait a week.  But I probably should go ahead and give it a try because "lifes too short"!!
