we somewhat caught the weather right between fronts and the bass were fairly active for a bit last night.  quit at 12:30.  ended up with 12 keepers.  nothing exceptional size wise.  got a few on a 3/4 GrassJig, but most came on a 1 oz. Black Widow, and a 1 oz. Mega Elite Blade.  depth wise was really a mixed bag.  some were in the 10 to 12 ft. range and some were 30 ft.  we did get a few on something in the steeper incline terrain.  some came from back of pockets.  bottom line is to not have a preconceived notion of how to catch them.  keep in search mode until you find some.

i would guess that there will be some bass begin to show up much shallower looking at the extended forecast.  somewhat the down side of that is the fact they are normally scattered also.

here a few pics that T took.

Thanks for the report Merc.

I went for a little while on Sunday and found a few on a buzzbait shallow. They are definitely moving shallower like you said.
