I’m not on weight restrictions and I’m to exercise my Shoulder twice a day.

I’m thinking of going to the Gym once a day and using the Weight Machines just for Arm and Shoulder.

I still have no use of it at all. What do you guys think?

Exercise it and get some use back, range of motion, strength etc.  If weather is bad you can do some at home, put however much wight is comfortable in a bag and lift all the way up over your head while you are thinking about fishing and spring.

I’ve been told it will take years.

I use to go to the Pool but I haven’t got back control of my Bladder.

You may well never get it all back, but working it certainly gives you a better chance.

Did they got give you physical therapy or exercises to do at home? You usually get some elastic bands that are might resistance to start with.

Yes I have been working with them but Therapist suggested going to the Gym again.

But I’m thinking I messed up. I think I pulled my Incision inside on my other operation and it hasn’t healed.

So it might be the heck with my Shoulder until this heals.

Just got home from a scan. Talk with my Doctor on why I hurt so bad.

Thing is I have two different Doctors only worrying about what they are working on.

I called my Prostate Doctor because I’ve been having pain. They did a Scan on me over a week ago. Doctor still hasn’t got back with me. Called and Text Doctor, nothing.

Told my wife seems Doctors don’t care so why should I? Exercised here at home. Was at the Gym 5:30. First machine did 20 reps. Told myself I’m hurting too much this is not good go back home.
