Terry Beeson Posted July 14, 2007 Posted July 14, 2007 GF, I think Bill Monroe just rolled over in his grave... If I was stranded on a desert island and the only paddle I had to row me back to civilization was that one, I'd just stay on the island... with Cindy Garrison... of course... WebFreeman Posted July 29, 2007 Author Posted July 29, 2007 Flysmallie, can't find your post on your project, but I wondered how it was going. “Many go fishing all their lives without knowing that it is not fish they are after.” — Henry David Thoreau Visit my web site @ webfreeman.com for information on freelance web design.
Flysmallie Posted July 30, 2007 Posted July 30, 2007 Flysmallie, can't find your post on your project, but I wondered how it was going. Here is the link. But you won't find much. The boat shop is closed right now. Had to stop a couple of weeks ago to get ready for a float trip. That was all fine and planned on. Was ready to get back to work last week and ended up having to travel to Tulsa & Des Moines. Wednesday I leave for Raleigh, NC. If I could stay home I could get this done. Looks like the next six months are going to be travel heavy. I have accepted a promotion at work that will keep me on the road for awhile. Not what I want to do at all. I was actually going to turn it down, didn't want to travel. But once I looked at what it pays, I couldn't. I at least have to give it a try. My plans are to get back to work on this after I get back from NC. I need to get it done and float it before it gets cold. Already have contacted Matt at JEM Watercraft about designing a kayak with an enclosed rod storage area. Matt is a great guy with a good sense of humor. If anyone needs help getting into this, he is the guy to contact.
