Water is funky right now. Next couple of weeks of fairly warm weather should wake up the whites and wally. If I was gonna lo for bass, and let it be know I am NOT a bass fisherman, one of the places I would look is way up river where the water might be clearing up a bit, or in the very backe of coves that the south wind is pushing some warmer water and shad into. Me I am waiting for walleye time and gonna plant some lettuce, radishes and spinach in a cold frame for now. Will result hopefully in a nice wilted salad and fresh crappie fillets later on. Yea I think we may just say screw it and I'll fish the strip pits and coyote hunt. Sounds like we are a couple weeks away from good fishing. Or at least when water clears up. “To those devoid of imagination a blank place on the map is a useless waste; to others, the most valuable part.”--Aldo Leopold
