Murdoc
Got down early Saturday morning but didn't have my license so I had to wait till 6:00 at the Dam Store. Got to talk to the guys a little while. Great bunch! I enjoyed getting to talk to them. Great help! That's the place to go!! They told me Table Rock was backed up and the tailwaters were high but fishable. I've never been down so I was the duck that wakes up in a new world! The fog was pea soup. I started below the handycap area. I could hear someone down below me catching fish but the soup wouldn't let me spy on them. I walked down a ways and started seeing a lot if fish. They weren't intersted in my skud from Taney but the guy said use a midge and I caught a few before the armada started coming down river. There must have been fifty boats!! I watched the trout and they looked like the great cattle round up. They were in schools and hitting the trail!! I had a great time anyway. I'll come back during the week. Thanks to everyone for the help!! I'll be back when the waters lower. I still want to try to find a stripper!!
