Out with the New Equipment

This afternoon, after Sunday brunch, I drove to the lake and was on the water from 3 to 6:30. What I mostly did was explore.

Of course, I am in Oklahoma and the wind was sweeping down the plains. The big boats and wake boats were out and the combination made for some interesting swells from two directions simultaneously. I would not recommend a Sunday afternoon outing in the summer.

The new equipment works great. The Force does dance some on spotlock, but in smaller circumferences with milder surges.

As for the fishing? I stunk it up. It took me three of four years to adapt to TR. I hope it will not take that long this time.
