strangercreek Posted June 29, 2007 Author Posted June 29, 2007 I live outside of KC but will be down at Taney this weekend so I should be able to hit the fly shops down there.
Terry Beeson Posted June 29, 2007 Posted June 29, 2007 The TiCR has a faster action than the Pro. Casting-wise they are a bit different in feel. But I don't think you'll have a problem with the Pro vs. the BPS Classic. But I would cast the TiCR and the Pro and see if you think it's worth the difference in price - especially since you indicated wanting a faster action rod... Give 'em a call at Backcountry Outfitters and stop by as you come thru Springfield. They can put you on the best rod for your needs. (I'll pick up my $20 this afternoon, Michael... ) TIGHT LINES, YA'LL "There he stands, draped in more equipment than a telephone lineman, trying to outwit an organism with a brain no bigger than a breadcrumb, and getting licked in the process." - Paul O’Neil
