I have hooked seviral while walleye fishing but only landed a couole smallish ones.  Usually ends with me cussing them and out a crankbait.  Sure can be fun for a few moments though.

They are definitely fun have landed a few good ones but lost to many crank baits and top waters to them so have grown to dislike them lol. I put one in the boat never again nasty slimy things unhook next to the boat and call it good.

I guess there was a big shad kill on Pomme with the ice.  At least per my buddy who went fishing on Saturday on Pomme.

Weather looks great the rest of the week.  Anybody got a report on lake conditions, ice, temp, dirty, clear etc.

Thinking about heading down Wed or thurs.
