Kansas Fly Fisher Posted July 24, 2007 Author Posted July 24, 2007 It would be easier to include the two for yourself that way I can simply make up 7 identical boxes with the same number of each fly in each box. I know it sounds funny tying up two flies for yourself, but it's easier for the swap meister when it comes to packaging. John Born to Fish, Forced to Work KSMEDIC.COM

DeepDiver75 Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 Dropped my flies in the mail today. Havn't seen any action on this topic in a while so I hope you're not waiting on mine to finish it up. Thanks to John for holding the swap. Looking forward to seeing (and fishing ) everyone's flies when they arrive. These windy hot days ought to be blowing lots of ants, beetles and hoppers in the water as I sit here at work and type . Sure wish I was waist deep in some 50 degree water right now!
Kansas Fly Fisher Posted August 8, 2007 Author Posted August 8, 2007 Mike - got your flies in the mail today! Wow - these should be killers. They look great and I can't wait to try them on the water. John Born to Fish, Forced to Work KSMEDIC.COM
flyfshn Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 Thanks John, can't believe they already made it to you already. I can't wait to get them all and start fishing them!! Fish On! Flysmallie Posted August 9, 2007 Posted August 9, 2007 John, Just realized that I had forgot all about this swap. Still unsure what I'm going to tie as well. I will have them in the mail either Friday or Saturday. I apologize to everyone for the delay. And since I'm having a hard time deciding on a fly, don't complain if it's a bass fly. I love to make these, and I feel that you guys should be fly fishing for bass a little more. You want to get away from the crowds and have a lot of fun? This is the way to do it.
Don Posted August 9, 2007 Posted August 9, 2007 Oh no! Not a bass fly! I've been busier than ever lately but I plan to have mine in the mail by the deadline. Don Don May I caught you a delicious bass.
