Not a big fan of the thread, but that is a darn nice fish in anyone's book.

Grats Jeremy.

Ok - enough already its time to respond. This is my first post but I have been avid reader for over a year. This form and other lake information has been very helpful and frankly why I have taken up fly fishing again after a 10 year layoff from the mountains out west. The best thing about the form is the information and the fishing content. The last two guides who have posted information on the site ( Jeremy and Leonard) for some reason were ridiculed. I dont know the local politics and dont want to - it's just seems odd and ill timed, especailly from one of the contributors.

The honest truth about that picture and that fish was - I WAS THERE. It was caught at 245, long cast, no fight and in the boat. Jeremy was tired and very cold, I took the picture and was the first time I had used Jermey's camera. It was not posed or for that matter even considered- I just pointed and snapped the picture. The fish was back in the water before we even looked at the shot. There was no moon or much light except the red highlites from the camera attemping to get my shaking fingers to center the object.

Bottom line, Jeremy nice fish and you do as much or more to teach new people like myself the differences between tail water fishing and other forms of trout fishing. I apprecaite your passion and willingness to share. I have known many giudes over the years and most are not willing to share what you and a few other are.

I agree with everything you've said...

Again, my comment has been taken wrongly and that's my fault. I'd edit the post but it wouldn't make sense now.

The two separate paragraphs were meant to be separate thoughts totally but again, my fault for putting them in the same post, the same topic. I was typing off the top of my head without thinking about how it may sound.

It was never meant to say Jeremy was holding his fish out- but reading it I see that it sounded that way.

Again, I apologize.
