Smallmouth

Has anyone fished for smallmouth lately from point 6 to dam? It’s been over a month since I’ve fished and seeing if anyone knows what’s working. Planning on drop shotting and maybe throwing some football head jigs. Any recent reports would be appreciated.

I haven't been myself in a while, but was thinking along the same lines, jigs and drop shot deep.  I'll be very interested to hear how you do.

@Quillbacki can’t say I gave it the most valiant effort but managed a few small smallmouth and Kentucky’s on a jig and jigging spoons. It’s been entertaining watching all of the Striper’s guides piled up in front of our house though!
