Lake/ Fishing conditions

Just curious what the current fishing conditions are... other than hot.

Sorry got busy and haven’t been on till this morning. We didn’t do that great fished around 3 hours had 2 keepers and a few shorts. Caught them on soft plastics and top water biggest one and a small Musky came on top water. Bite was really light. Water is really clear and around mid 80’s.

I have only gotten to go a couple of times on Pomme, but the catfish have been hitting.  Lots of fun on crappie gear!  Keeper crappie have been a lot tougher to find this year and no limits since the spawn and not many then either.  Weird year for me!

• Thanks for the info. Trying to find a good reason to go out other than needing a break from work... the heat is not a good motivator.
