So after a spring and summer of just killing the walleyes, hybrids, whites, and crappie below the dam at Truman I am ready for the fall bite to really start.
Any tips for fishing below the dam in the Fall? I have the spring and early summer dialed in fishing off the rocks, but not the fall.

Any help is appreciated.

As far as I know there really isn't much of a "Fall bite" to speak of at the Truman tailrace.   They are already starting to draw the lake (L.O.) down.
