timsfly Posted August 8, 2007 Share Posted August 8, 2007 This is the possum nymph I tie, a guide in New Zealand showed one to me years ago, and I have been using them since then, they work great for me, they may have a name, but he just called it a possum nymph, he told me that was all a possum was good for. LOL Any other time there'd be three on the road between my place and town.......but today, Nuthin'! Was at a shop yesterday that had "Awesome Possum dubbin'"...shoulda grabbed some. I do have a dun colored hares mask in the drawer...but then I'd have to just call it a "gray hares ear"....and that takes all the fun out of it.
