Why do the knees look backwards on the one closest to the camera? That is the way they are built, they are odd animals, they smell weird too. According to the owner they have been doing this for 10 yrs and it continues to grow. They pasteurize in house, fairly technically stuff too.

When I was working in Kuwait, the butcher shops would put the head of the freshly killed camel in a bucket in front of their shop to show that the meat was fresh. They did the same thing with goats. My son asked if I wanted any camel hump fat to fry my eggs, I said nope I'm good😁
