24/7 river access points

I'm looking for river access points that are open past dusk.  I'm south of St. Louis and the only one I know of on a smaller creek or river is in Herky on Joachim Creek.  Does anyone know of any on Big River or the Meramec?

I don’t think the meramec allenton access has a gate.  Says 4 am to 10 pm.   There’s been vehicle break in trouble there.  But there is some of that at any remote area I guess.
