Fish were biting

Went down to the lake fish the green bridge area yesterday. Caught several nice fish for that lake and 6 or 7 little fish. Largest being right at 3 1/4 lbs. Had maybe 10 or 11 lb for 5 fish. Mainly went to the lake to make sure we had our leak that started letting water in the boat and auto bilge kicking in about every 2 hours. I tightened up all the clamps down in the hole and that appeared to have fixed the problem. While I was down in the hole though, I found that the tube coming off the manual pump had broken off some time. Now I have to take that pump out and replace it, with new. ( Question ) How would you seal this manual pump in the hull. Silicone?, 4200 marine sealant? Or what?
