Told her over 30 years ago they wanted to Amputate it. One thing about it still working out but must be building muscle because I'm not losing weight. oneshot

It can be challenging to find the motivation sometimes, but once I’m there, I always feel so much better afterward. I usually mix up my routine with some weights and cardio.
