Yamaha HDPI 200 HP

Is a Yamaha 200 HP HDPI that I'm considering buying with, 500 hours (at least some salt water use) before a new lower unit worth $7000.  Runs good now.

A VZ200 lower is 3497.00.......So I gotta say no. 

If you can get into a good COMPLETE 200HPDI for 6500.00 then you won't be upside down in it.   

If you ran it for a year, and then it blew up.....it could be parted out for 4500.00 or traded in for 2k.
