Members Huntnfish13 Posted April 12, 2023 Members Posted April 12, 2023 As walleye fishing becomes more popular in the Ozarks how long until someone starts a local tournament trail? Local bass tournaments every weekend but would be fun to see some walleye tournaments or a series that did one on each of the lakes known for eyes. Stockton, Bull Shoals, Tablerock, maybe even Norfork. Would love to fish these!
rps Posted April 13, 2023 Posted April 13, 2023 There once was a localish tournament series for walleye. Power dive and Marty (RIP) on this forum were regulars. Walleyed Mike may have been as well. The group chat was on the Missouri message boards. The ringleader became interested in something else. Motorcycles and dressing up I think. Beaver, Tablerock, Bull Shoals and Stockton would be a great circuit! I would imagine several would love to participate. If I still lived on Tablerock, I would volunteer to help. I could be the guy that checked for lead weights in there bellies. kjackson and dan hufferd 2
MrGiggles Posted April 14, 2023 Posted April 14, 2023 If there was a trophy for the most jigging raps lost in a day, or most bluegills caught on bottom bouncers I'd be in for sure. dan hufferd and GRANDPA TATER 2 -Austin
