What Can I Do?

Got Cattle, Goats and Horses at another place. 

Guy being an A is turning them out.

Real pain. Thought about Cameras but I can't find my Game Cameras and the ones I have at the House need Electric and Computer.

Rest of the story. 

The guy owns the place but the pasture is least.

He is opening gates. Easy fix put Chains and Locks on them. But he might cut the Fence. 

He has 3 places but his wife is divorcing him so he moved in the house. 

Got another place paid for and have thousands of dollars for Fencing that has to be put up but got to work on it between showers. 

Between this and getting my Greenhouse set up I'm tapped. 

The Law is saying there is nothing can be done.  Thing is it is on the highway and someone might be killed by a Steer or Horse.

Every aspect of the situation is based on the lease agreement.  If you have nothing in writing then you have nothing.  It appears that you need a good attorney.

The Lease is Notarized and in writing. 

Thinking of Game Cameras. Seems I really have to catch him in the act.

Had a Dog digging up my Garden. Had to get a picture before going to court but won my case. Had couple guys admit to killing my Beagles opening weekend of Deer Season but had to take them to court to get any money. What hurt was the Dogs weren't registered.

So it is notarized, the important thing is the contents of the lease.

Like I say really dealing with him. 

Major thing at this time is building fence. 

Got 4 Trees down in the yard. And bunch of work on the Greenhouse.

Well just found out the Law is looking for him.

Seems they have been at the house every day.  So if I see the guy.

Kind of like a guy shooting a Deer from the road by my house. 

I took after him but Agent caught him first.  Agent give him a ticket for driving with Suspended License.

Well got a Restraining Order to where he can't come on the property.
