Kemp Lake is hosting a "cast for kids fishing event and each participant will receive a special plaque ,and  tee shirt,  as well as their very own rod and reel and tackle box  to take home     if you have, or know of a family with a special needs child please send them a copy of the  attached flyer and know they are invited
