Rusty
Anyone hearing reports of whites being caught? Maybe a hybrid or two?
Quillback
I read some Guide reports where they said they were doing good near the dam and in the Elk river area for whites.
ollie
Does anyone know whether or not they have started draining the lake? I want to get down to the Elk river arm, but last time noticed the water level to still be high and the water was stagnete looking. "you can always beat the keeper, but you can never beat the post" There are only three things in life that are certain : death, taxes, and the wind blowing at Capps Creek! Members Cunningham
Yes, whites are surfacing. They are chasing schools of small shad. Clouday days like this week will be outstanding. Look at the areas of the lake around Shangri La. Should be no problem finding them once you spot the birds. These are LARGE schools. Only took one hybrid last trip.
