denjac Posted September 4, 2007 Posted September 4, 2007 Great fish Leonard! Bet you caught her in that deep hole straight out in front and a little to the right of outlet 1. Everytime I have a hung a big one, its been in that hole. Did it go on the wall. It needs to. Dennis Boothe Joplin Mo. Leonard Posted September 4, 2007 Author Posted September 4, 2007 Thanks Michael and phil for the suggestion on the camera... But I really hate to say this... with the baby less then 50 days away (maybe sooner.. that right guys.. baby due mid Oct)..... the camera may take awhile... Leonard... http://www.taneycomonights.com
Members Flextime Posted September 4, 2007 Members Posted September 4, 2007 Leonard, before you toss your camera, try shooting at a slight angle to the fish/water. Looks to me like you were directly above the fish shooting straight on at a highly reflective surface. Sometimes that light bounceing straight back at the camera will tell the flash to shut off too soon due to the spectoral highlights of the wet fish/water/rocks. Not unlike shooting directly into glass.
Members John Smoot Posted September 5, 2007 Members Posted September 5, 2007 That may not be 'Bowzilla', but it has to be his not-so-younger brother (or sister). Leonard, what kinda tackle you using to get one like that to net?!?
