Strangercreek, I think you are talking about the Outlook Estates situation near the dam on the Norfork? There was a lawsuit which was settled forcing him to make changes and repairs during a specific time frame. He did make those changes and apparently was forced to spend several thousand in the process. There still is a chance he may have to fork over $$$$ to complete the settlement. I haven't been on the Norfork in a while, so as to how the water quality is these days I couldn't say.
