Members Jeff P Posted August 27 Members Posted August 27 Crawler harnesses put a limit of walleyes - smallest was 18", biggest 23.5" - in the boat in just over 90 minutes. Started fishing at 4:30, limited by 6. Threw them back and kept fishing - looking for other spots. Found a couple promising places to check out more. Swung back to the original spot at 7 and caught two more in 15 minutes. Fishing a little deeper - down to 33-35'. Quillback, bfishn, Lance34 and 1 other 4
AR Huzgr Posted August 27 Posted August 27 Nice job. I went out this morning but it was tougher sledding. Got 5 walleye but all shorts. Zero wind so that didn't help. I always like a 10 mph walleye chop.
Members Jeff P Posted August 28 Author Members Posted August 28 Interesting - caught mine in dead calm at 430 in the afternoon. Definitely not optimal time. Hoping to head out today and work south Quillback and AR Huzgr 2
