Indian Creek, June 24

Met up bright and early with Dutch.  There was an early bite, it wasn't great but we did catch some smallmouth, I believe we caught 15 or so with a couple of chunky keepers.  3/8 oz jig was our best bait, with a couple on c-rigged craws, and one spot on a top water.  We got our fish working steep rocky banks.

We caught our last fish about 0830, we fished from then until 0945 without a bite and decided it was time to go.

I went mid lake today looking for walleye.   Got 2, but they aren't on a summer pattern yet. soon though.   Got these near a deep (26 ft) brush pile.   

Water was 82.5.    

Saw a thermocline at about 40.
