Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted November 1, 2007 Root Admin Posted November 1, 2007 In my Alaska travels, I met a real "bush woman" in Naknek that showed me a site to purchase eye glasses very cheap. I didn't want to post anything until I tried the product but now that I have a new pair from http://zennioptical.com I can freely recommend this place for a great pair of glasses at a very reasonable cost! I got a pair of rimless wire, pergressive bifocals (no line) that would have costed me $400 at WalMart Eyevision for about $60 with shipping. It took about 2 weeks from the time I ordered them. Just have to have the paper perscription you'd get from an eye exam and fill in the blanks. Now that I have a good pair, I'm ordering an extra pair cause I'm very hard on glasses!!
strangercreek Posted January 4, 2008 Posted January 4, 2008 good info, thanks I have been thinking of switching back to glasses permanently as my left eye dries out with contacts. I wear the contacts fishing so that I can wear polarized sunglasses. I guess the solution is polarized glasses/clip on set up.
jjtroutbum Posted January 4, 2008 Posted January 4, 2008 WOW those are great prices. Now I gotta figure out which of those are big enough for my gigantic bucket of a head.
