strangercreek Posted November 15, 2007 Author Posted November 15, 2007 It looks like after Saturday we can get started. I guess everyone who is interested has already replied. Anyone else?
Zach Bearden Posted November 17, 2007 Posted November 17, 2007 Hmmm... I'll go with a Callibaetis pattern that I come up with for a hatch that was here on our river a couple weeks ago. Though its just a basic dry in Callibaetis colors its fun to tye! hehe "Its clearly Bree time baby!" Member: 2009 U.S. Youth Fly-Fishing Team. strangercreek Posted November 17, 2007 Author Posted November 17, 2007 OK, here is what I have for participants. Let me know if I missed anyone. Strangercreek (Jason Filbert) Zach Bearden Kansas Fly Fisher (John) Troutchaser Littleredflyfshr Flyfshn (Mike Utt) Hfdhoosier (Dennis) I won't list the actual flies just in case anyone changes their mind on a pattern. Since there aren't many of us I am going to do two. One will be a real easy dry midge pattern I use at Taney alot when the frequent hatch takes place and the other will probably be an original Adams in a small size (20 or smaller). Would a month be long enough for a due date? If this is a problem let me know. I know the holidays are coming and people are busy... Jason Filbert

Lshack2 Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 I just saw the post and would like to partcipate if you still are open and need additional flies. I would like to tie a foam grasshopper pattern. Just let me know. Kicknbass Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 Count me in for something. I just saw the post so I need to think about the pattern. " Too many hobbies to work" - "Must work to eat and play"

I will PM my address to everyone...
Lshack2 Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 I may have missed this earlier, but one of the other swaps we tied two flies per person... one to keep for a pattern and one to fish with...What did you have in mind for this swap? Any particular way that you want the flies shipped? strangercreek Posted November 21, 2007 Author Posted November 21, 2007 I am only going to do one fly per person (however I am doing two different patterns because one of them is extremely easy). However you want to ship them is fine. I can send them back to you in the same box, container etc. As long as the packages are not to large, I will foot the cost postage. Thanks Jason
