duckydoty Posted December 19, 2007 Posted December 19, 2007 I really like the chotas. Comfortable, and the quick lacing system is nice. duckydoty A Little Rain Won't Hurt Them Fish.....They're Already Wet!! Visit my website at.. Ozark Trout Runners
DeepDiver75 Posted December 19, 2007 Posted December 19, 2007 I second the Chota's. Just got them this year and they are extremely lightweight and comfortable.
Micheal Kyle Posted December 19, 2007 Posted December 19, 2007 Yes Chota's are the best boot that I have ever worn. They have The largest toe box on the market and plus the Stl plus are the lightest boot that I have seen on the market with studs. I love the Quick Lace System. Another thing that I love about Chotas are that they are made from a water proof leather when they are wet and or dry they go on just as easy. Since chota redesigned the sole they have had Zero Yes I said Zero problems with seperation of the sole and the heels coming off after a while of wearing. Plus after a long conversation with the factory they also informed me that the sole does not trap bacteria and fungus that cause water born diseases that cause problems on the river system, one in particular is Didyomo I think that is how you spell it. Plus you can not beat the price . Michael To Know People Is To Know Thier Ways!
flyfishmaster Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 Mike, This is going to be four in a row for Chota. I have had 5 different manufactures pairs of boots in the past but nothing compares to the Chota. Oh, and the Quick lace is a dream. Woo Hoo Fish On!!

flyfshn Posted December 20, 2007 Author Posted December 20, 2007 Ok, four for Chota's in a row, so they must be pretty comfortable. Do they fit true to size or should you order a size or two bigger? duckydoty Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 My understanding with wading boots is you always order a size larger than your shoe size to allow for the neopreme bootie in the waders. That is how I order them anyways. It also makes it nice for the thick socks too. duckydoty A Little Rain Won't Hurt Them Fish.....They're Already Wet!! Visit my website at.. Ozark Trout Runners
Micheal Kyle Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 I always recommend to people buying wading boots 1-2 sizes bigger. With Chotas I recommend for most people one size larger. Michael To Know People Is To Know Thier Ways!
Flysmallie Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 They are 124.95 Don't I get a pair of these free with the waders I ordered?
