Trav Posted January 23, 2008 Posted January 23, 2008 I know the odds are against it but PLEASE....... Patriots LOSE!!! "May success follow your every cast." - Trav P. Johnson
flyfshn Posted January 24, 2008 Posted January 24, 2008 Wow Trav....for once I agree with you!! Still wish SD and GB were playing though!! Fish On! Dutch Posted January 24, 2008 Posted January 24, 2008 I don't really have a fav. but I'd kind of like to see the unblemished record go all the way.
hfdhoosier Posted January 24, 2008 Posted January 24, 2008 I would have loved to see SD and GB also. The Patriots showed that they could struggle, if SD would have been healthy the Pats might have went down. History is nice but I don't want to see the Pats win. Go Giants! Trav Posted January 24, 2008 Author Posted January 24, 2008 I wouldnt mind perfection if it was any team but the Patriots. "May success follow your every cast." - Trav P. Johnson
JobyKSU Posted January 24, 2008 Posted January 24, 2008 I wouldnt mind perfection if it was any team but the Patriots. Ah, but if it were any team other than the Patriots, it wouldn't be perfection! For what its worth - While I do enjoy ribbing about this, I was a Pats fan from before the Parcells era. I still remember the Pat Patriot logo and the annual apathy that set in around week 6. ::. Trav Posted January 24, 2008 Author Posted January 24, 2008 I have despised the Pats for as long as I can remember. It is just a rivalry thing. Im a lifelong Dolphin fan. And before you can say anything, Where is Parcells now?..Haha In my opinion the Dolphins still have the best cheerleaders.....wink "May success follow your every cast." - Trav P. Johnson
drew03cmc Posted January 30, 2008 Posted January 30, 2008 So, nobody has a problem with a team who has been caught CHEATING tempting fate with perfection? I for one, think of this like I do Barry Bonds. He may have hit the most homeruns, but he did not do it the same way Hank Aaron did, so therefore, he is not the home run king, he is a cheating 42 year old man. You do not change body types in your late 30s unless you are juicing. That is neither here nor there. GO GIANTS! Andy

Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted January 30, 2008 Root Admin Posted January 30, 2008 Don't like the pats either much but HOPE it's a good game and not a blow out. We're having a super bowl gathering over at our new meeting room... 4x6 screen and surround sound with lots of eats... come on by.
