Reported it as a bug - BUT I have to look and see if a guest can like a post. If so, it could be a guest. The "like " button has disappeared for me. Anyone else? Also the add media box in the topic reply box isn't showing up either - but only in Chrome. I've already turned that in.

Was doing some reading on the IPB forums and saw where if you clicked on the big blue DOT on the left side of the topic title it will take you to the last post you read, instead to the first post in the topic!

That worked. Start tying the name and you get a menu. Pick the member and it links you to his profile

I have thought about making is a requirement to be a member to view the forum... just can't bring myself to do it. It'd be a pain for a lot of people who are challenged to sign up and more ppl to help with lost pw's. Yes there are a lot of request. Plus I think the forum gobbles up user names and pw's cause ppl who have been on for a long time all of a sudden have troubles. Anyhow- I don't think it will happen any time soon.

ohmz138 - I opened the first 10 topics on the Meremac forum and didn't have any problems. Are the topics further down? Could you copy and paste the url's? Just need to see them to evaluate the issue. As for attachments... am still working on them.

PM's - there's a new filter on sending PM- can't send one after the other. Have to wait 5 minutes in between. It stems from the spam related incidents we're had.

I've noticed that there's a bunch of people who have created a blog but have not posted any entries... when I first set this up there was a couple of extra confusing steps to post entries and I'm hopefully eliminated them... but may be not. So we'll see if I can make this one work... I have noticed that there's an error page after hitting the post button. But if you go ahead and hit the refresh option, it'll go ahead and post the entry. I'll have to see about the error page.

I'd stick to stick baits... it's going to be cold. Leave the suspended bait there as long as you can stand!

Where are you staying? Which lake? I may move your topic to that lake to get better responses.

There's no diff in Taney and any other lake right now. With no generation, the water temp's the same... so you need to fish it the same. Stick baits right now is the ticket. Until they start running water, fish it the same. Generation send water of a different temp into the lake and depending on what time of year, you have to compensate. Spawn is later typically because Taney's water is cooler IF they generate. The lower lake will stay cooler on into the summerand if they run alot of water, this forces bass into coves and cuts where the water is warmer. It's just a whole new ballgame- even I haven't spent the time to learn the patterns. I've gotten lucky a couple of times guessing it right and catching a big lunker but for the most park, I'm still in the learning stage.

Here's a link to a map I've been working on. It's big mainly because it covers the river from Table Rock to Springfield lake. What I'd like to know is if the accesses are correct, names of roads and if I missed any important roads, fishing hole names... it's along way from being done but it's along ways down the river... Funny that you asked... I've been all over the net and looked for paper maps and can't find any. I started tracing the James River last year and haven't finished it... but when I do I'm going to need alot of help identifing access points and names of holes. I know this isn't going to be welcomed to many who don't want their favorite fishing holes showing up on someone's map but even I'd like to learn the river a bit better. It's on my list........
