  1. Phil, You have know me by now. That would mean I would have to spend money.
  2. Does anyone know how to do this? I would guess you would do it the same way you would any cordless accessory. My wife is about to go crazy, and I am running a close second. Her phone only holds a charge for 45-60 minutes. And you know women and their phones. I didn't say that...I am not going to get any sleep until this crisis is resolved. PLEASE HELP ME!
  3. I can't believe I did that. My one mistake of the year. Correction will be made. Thanks Terry.
  4. Can someone post a photo/link of the tent Gavin and Wayne are talking about.
  5. I don't know. However, if Thomas Edison (edited to correct. Ben Franklin) hadn't tinkered around with a kite during a thunderstorm, would we be typing around on the information highway right now?
  6. Many moons ago for cheap entertainment, while camping at Campbell Point, we would take a substantial amount of beer and camp around the boat ramp area. Boats, fishing, and skiing equipment went as well. But the most important thing was mentioned first. Every evening it was a zoo, boaters trying to leave all at the same time. It was entertaining to sit in a chair and watch this. If you have ever watched a bunch of ants moving around, this is what it looked liked but much worse. Complete chaos. Funny thing was, this place had the best boat ramp area I had ever seen. Many could load or unload at the same time. Tempers flew that was for sure. Vehicles were backed into, mirrors broke, and more than few punches thrown. Crazy it was, if I had only taken a camcorder.
  7. 17 and 18 were their ages.
  8. Daryl my man, where are you located? Have you been fishing Oologah Tailwater lately? I crossed it a week ago, and it looked really really good.
  9. These days. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,266310,00.html Prayers are in need for the families of these victims. What a waste of life.
  10. Hey Terry, good to here you are out and about, and able to fish again. Just remember, ice is your friend.
  11. Take me and I will shoot the footage while you land the fish. I have a Sony Handycam DCR-DVD103 with a 20X Optical Zoom and love it. Use it for the kids sports and family gatherings. Easy to use and small. 3.5" X 5" and 2" thick. Not water proof though. Is it raining a lot when you are up there? Something to think about if it does.
  12. Those decoys are so realistic. haha
  13. They (EMS) don't charge you if they do not transfer you to the hospital. At least that is the way it is here in Miami. Sounds like it is the same across the state. In regards to your dislike to toll booths, the feeling is mutual. Terry, I think you just don't like flat ground. Your head is used to the up and down movement, kinda like the bobble-head dogs in the back windows of cars.
  14. I am glad your trip to OK turned out ok. Those late night phone calls are scary to say the least.
  15. If I remember right, last year when my kids and I camped at the Beaver Dam, I was told we had access to the state park above the dam. Since we had payed to camp already, we did not need to pay to use the swimming area above the dam. That fee was already included with the camping permit. But, you had to have the permit on your dash/rear view mirror to not pay.
  16. There are so many things wrong with this, that it is hard to even find a place to start. We are going to be taxed into the poor house, correction, we already are. The turnip in finally bleeding. The next bill to be passed will read ONLY THE WEALTHY MAY USE THESE WATERS.
  17. The people that own the land that I saw this sign on, made the Deliverance Family look like the Partridge Family.
  18. Trespassing signs here read...Trespassers Will Be Violated
  19. It's an authentic photo according to snopes.
  20. The craigslist. haha From what I have been hearing, you can find a lot of things there lately. Is it snopes.com? It is.
  21. Update released today in the Baxter Bulletin. I think it is rather strange that the people overseeing this are the same ones who were going to give this a pass, basically, until TU made notice they were going to sue BD. Then ADEQ decided to pull up their boot straps and do something. Is TU involved in any oversite on this, or is it still an Arkansas only issue? http://www.baxterbulletin.com/apps/pbcs.dl...328/1002/NEWS01
  22. Big honking snow flakes here, but is stopped awhile ago. Just a little drizzle now.
  23. gonefishin You are correct in that at the bridges they are rivers, however approx. 200 yrds from the bridge the lake starts.
  24. I am thinking that this is a story I told to you about me. That was a good report.
