  1. But if the troops don't have their GPS, how will they know how to get there?
  2. No, you just want to get close to Vanna...
  3. What? Are you an English teacher???????
  4. First of all, if you quit eating those psylocibin mushrooms, your memory would probably work enough to find stuff. Second, I cannot see this happening to a point that we really have to worry. The US military uses GPS systems (in fact it was designed just for them) and I can't see them losing that all important system to a broadband company. Also there are the GPS companies out there that would really lose a lot of money if this does cause problems. That would put an end to it pretty quick. Then again, maybe it is the thing of the future and we will all one day be using broadband to find our way in the fog. Even the US military.
  5. Got a pic of that rainbow trout?
  6. Due to unforseen car repairs today, I'm gonna have to drop out.
  7. I only like the "psilocybin" type of mushrooms. Got any of them around?
  8. At least ya didn't drive from Mountain Home to Bass Pro in Springfield, start driving home and get as far as Rogersville and break down and have to get towed back to Springfield to get the car fixed.
  9. What OB said. Plus, why spend the extra money for stainless when the bronzed hooks work just as well for trout, bluegill, and what not.
  10. The common carp actually came to this country via Europe and it was brought here by those seeking to have their favorite game fish from Europe in the waters of this continent. And let the Asians eat the freaking things.
  11. And they are VERY expensive.
  12. I don't know what style you're looking for, but there are some stainless hooks in the sizes you are looking for here. I wouldn't tie a trout fly on a stainless hook though. Stainless hooks are mostly made for saltwater use.
  13. No "stake" but a few "Swiss Steaks" now and then.
  14. Most wet flies are used to imitate the pupae/larva rising to the surface to hatch. I normally use a floating line and maybe a small split shot about 18" above the flies. At the end of the swing, slowly raise the rod tip to bring the flies to the surface aka the Leisering Lift.
  15. I stayed tuned to it for over an hour. It is pretty cool. Especially when you remember the bald eagle almost became extinct.
  16. But they have way better equipment than you or I can afford and they aren't out fishing while taking pictures.
  17. I clicked on the video and it's working ok.
  18. Nice catch. What kind of bird is that? Kinda hard to identify in the pic.
  19. Are you trying to say that those of us with higher intelligence don't get the childish humor?
  20. But he did go "fly fishing."
  21. Predictions are calling for 70% chance of T-Storms.
  22. Should be a 125% import tax and that is still low.
  23. Build a few more nuclear reactors on fault lines near major population centers and hope for some more earthquakes.
