Myself and 3 friends floated the Jacks Forks two weekends ago and did well with tubes jigs, pumpkinseed and watermelon colored. Had the best luck around logs in slower water.

What are these kids thinking? Don't they know that they are supposed to be inside in front of the TV or Xbox. What are their parents doing letting them go outside enjoying the outdoors. Awesome video! Our future may not be so bad after all.
I camp at Shawnee Creek every year. It is a primitive site only, meaning there is no water or electric available. There is a vault toilet there. There are many shaded spots for a tent as well. There will probably be others there camping as well. If you want privacy, there is a large gravel bar just past Shawnee Creek in which you could camp on. You are correct on the road for access.
Going down to Onondaga for the weekend. I plan on floating in my yak from the Hwy E bridge on the Huzzah down to the park. Does anyone have any tips for this weekend.
It is also convenient that the owner of Harvey's canoe rental is now a State Representative. Guess we won't see any change in regards to amount of canoes. Can we say conflict of interest?
