  1. +1 Can't imagine not having one tied on. Great bait!
  2. Here's another one! Big Bite Baits Real Deal Craw
  3. Rage Tail DB Structure Bug from Strike King coming out in June looks good for the Wobble Head. Menace/Beaver clone.
  4. For post spawners I look for gravel points and bluff ends with timber.
  5. Everything I've ever read about Charlie Campbell says he likes to throw gold trebles on dark colored spooks like bullfrog and black shore minnow. Can you even buy a high quality gold treble hook? Some of his favorites that were listed were: Bullfrog, Black shore minnow, Flitter shad, Nickel plated, Blue shore minnow, and Silver shore minnow.
  6. I don't know why but I've caught more fish on this color than all the rest. What's your favorite colors?
  7. Throw them on 6 lb test on a spinning rod and they will run the same as a wiggle wart on 10 lb.
  8. Black/Blue with silver flake. Heck of a color!
  9. I leave it. It glides better if you leave it.
  10. I should've kept my mouth shut on that one. If there's a fish in a brush pile he's coming out with that one tied on.
  11. I was wondering how long that would take. When you take the time to post up pics of your own personal baits and describe your fishing locations you better believe I'm paying attention! Thanks Bill...keep them coming!

  15. Same here...very few females shallow as of last weekend.
  16. Go to tackle underground and read his write up on copying this bait.....very interesting and also many reviews on people that have used it.
  17. Here's another source for blank warts. Claims to be made from an original suspend wart. They look good! Great price and worth trying in my opinion. http://www.predatorbassbaits.com/id69.html
  18. I fished out in that depth as well. Still was catching all males. Females have to be making the move very soon.
  19. Where are all the females? Lots and lots of males on the bank right now. Caught 78 keeper crappie in the past three weeks and out of all those maybe 10 were females. Their eggs look like they are ready to spawn.
  20. I bet your spindle was welded on crooked at the factory. Very common.
  21. A couple of different baits to use when the wart is dragging up moss and you know fish are actively chasing in that area. In the past I tried to avoid it if at all possible and it seems like the past several years that's getting harder to do.
  22. The Baby Rage Craw and the Menace grub both have the same shape for the craw portion. It's a high ridge on the end that causes it to pulsate through the water. I'll be giving them both a try.
  23. It was so nice when we didn't have to pay to unload at all. Now it's like a double tax. We are taxed to pay for the areas to begin with and then we pay a use fee that pays the officers to enforce the use fee.
  24. Pro's - Centered over trolling motor, Easy to see no matter which side you are fishing out of, Very solid and doesn't move in rough water, Not in your way when you're getting in or out of your boat. Con's - Price...almost $100, so wait until Tackle Warehouse runs a 20% off sale
