well saturday my partner and I (tournament partner) went out of shawnee bend and ran to the dam and fish that first point and nothing went to the 7 and fished some coves nothing. it snowed about a 1/4 of an inch from 7 to 11 and no sun and windy. awsome start to a day but then the sun came out and we got 9 fishing jerkbaits in the 110 size mainly in a pro blue color was best. but didnt get any on a jig shaky head or swimbaits. did manage to get one on arig. no keepers in the first day. the second day we ran the other way fished from the 11 to the 16 we ran to the bridge on the 15 first chasing rock banks that might hold better heat and got one on a wiggle wart and then another and another. first one was a keeper and it cooled off and we ran to a bluff wall and nothing exciting did get another on a arig. one keeper all day but got about 35 the second day one keeper. wiggle wart arig and jerk baits in a 110 was our producers. a couple others went to gravois and water was way warmer and 9lbs won it lol. tough day for every one. a couple guys had 5s and 7lbers saturday but they went to the 20 and 25 mm. waters colder but fish seemed way more active. hope the warm weather fires the fish back up for ya. i hate cold fronts in the spring.

i just dunk my rod and shake it off between cast but i know thats not ideal but keeps me fishing?!?!

lol thanks for your help im waiting on a diaphram gasket kit right now and i also got the flange gasket too and im not sure how to set the inlet needle valve but im going to try and not sure to know if the floats touching the right spot wish i could talk on the phone a PM would be nice lol but if not thats cool too thanks again will know in about 7 days when i get the parts

I bought this motor 2 years ago sat in a guys shop it was nice and shinny. so i bought it. took it home change the plugs got a new fuel cell and hoses and gas. after a couple pulls started right up im thinking great took it out it was hard to start but finally started. next trip i used my minnkota went all around a lake started getting low on charge so i went to fire up the motor no go no start. got home changed the plugs and no go asked a guy and he said fuel problem so i took the carb off cleaned every thing but tore the gasket going between the block and the carb i thought it will be fine. i cleaned all the parts and whiped off the gaskets in the diaphram. cleaed the screen where the fuel enters the diaphram. i sprayed it with starting fluid and got it to go for a couple seconds til the started fluid ran out i guess but thats really it can this be cus the diaphram gasket or something. i took the cap off the fuel cell cus i thought it was a vent i even ran the line directly in the tank. need help please help
