  1. My son bought this and we reinforced the transom and tuned it up put in new water pump and changed lower unit grease. But with change in his job and new baby on the way he doesn’t have have time to use it so he’s wanting to sell it. The boat is a 1973 Fiber King Cobra and the motor is 1972 Johnson 50hp. We have had it on the water a few times and it runs out good. He’s wanting to get $2000
  2. Engine was just rebuilt. Has new carburetor, new drive clutch, air filter and spark plug. Front end has all new wheel bearings , king pins and bushings . Tires are all good and has working headlights and tail lights. Cart looks, drives and runs good. Have more pictures. $2500
  3. You are definitely right about that!
  4. Sorry got busy and haven’t been on till this morning. We didn’t do that great fished around 3 hours had 2 keepers and a few shorts. Caught them on soft plastics and top water biggest one and a small Musky came on top water. Bite was really light. Water is really clear and around mid 80’s.
  5. Plan on doing some bass fishin in the morning will let you know how it goes.
  6. Had another friend with the exact same motor with a bad stator so pulled the one off the motor that we were having troubles with and put on the other motor it fired up and ran great. So put the original stator back on the problem motor even though the potting was cracked and it fired up and ran great.
  7. Glad you managed to get in on a little bit of the action. I bet the cloud cover kept them up a little while longer today.
  8. Not sure about the Nemo side haven’t been over there for awhile. From what I’ve seen and heard they have been coming up in Martins Flats most mornings. Wish I could help more but unfortunately I just haven’t had time to get out a lot. Hope you get into them like we did. Let me know when you decide what day you’ll be here I may be out there.
  9. Been catching them in the evenings starting around 7-7:30 been finding them on the points at the south end of Martins Flats and on the shallow mud point on your right across from the bluff if you’re running straight south out of Galmey cove. Found them this morning in Martins Flats they were coming up when we got there at about 7:15 and stayed up till about 8:30. Evenings haven’t been quite as good have to troll quite a bit since they won’t stay up.
  10. Have took the grand kids out a few times in the last week and have had a blast chasing white bass. Seems like early morning has been best as far as them staying up. Got on them for little over an hour this morning would have been longer if we would have gotten there earlier.
  11. We went out last night for a couple hours before the rain. Didn’t tear them up but had a pretty good top water bite we probably had 6-7 keepers 3lb the biggest and a few 2lb fish and some shorts.
  12. I use the uniknot on everything. Used to have problems breaking fluorocarbon in the knot on hook sets but very little problems since going to the uniknot.
  13. It’s all over the lake seen it every place I was this morning. I’m blaming it for the fishing being so bad lol.
  14. Haven’t been able to get out for couple weeks so not a lot of help. I am hoping to get out some this week also.
  15. No I don’t sorry thought I marked it sold
  16. I haven’t been out but from what I can see it’s still pretty dirty 8.5 feet high around 50 degrees and from what I was told quite a bit of floating trash on the upper end. Sorry not a lot of help but with the fishin reports I been getting I haven’t put my boat in.
  17. You need to learn to read your Livescope better there are no crappie in Pomme.😁
  18. I have a Husqvarna AWD push mower with 6.25 hp Briggs and Stratton engine. The original motor busted the block so I replaced it with the engine that’s on it. Motor and the drive system all work great. Asking $150.00.
  19. The tag on the unit is faded out and can’t read it but if I remember right it had a 40 amp breaker in the house it came out of. Sorry not any more help.
  20. I just got in the house and seen your post. I’ll have to run out tomorrow and see what I can find out. All I know now is it’s 220 volts.
  21. Pretty sure what that means is a canoe or kayak with any motor has to be registered even if it’s just a trolling motor doesn’t mean the trolling motor has to be registered as far as I know Missouri done away with registering trolling motors quite awhile back.
  22. Trolling motors don’t have to be registered in Mo. any more.
