Thanks guys. We will probably stay mostly from Indian Point area to the 86 bridge in Long Creek instead of going up either river arm then. Do you all think we will be ok by Thursday as far as trash in the water goes? Pepe; really hope your boat is ok!!

With the storms how much trash is floating in the lake? Are the river arms real bad? Supposed to come back down for a few days next week.

It was great to meet up with you and Donna as well Champ!! For sure will have to do it again when we are down. If I wasn't afraid Dave would stop selling me his jigs; I would report him to Harter House. They would for sure ban him from buying meat there if they knew what he does to that poor defenseless meat!! LOL

Trust me Ham; we have ran numbers more than you can imagine as we really want to move down that way. There is just no way at this point in our lives we can take a 40-60K pay cut. We will continue to keep looking and in the meantime take as many trips down as we can.

Quillback; they most definitely hunt. The old guy has a bad wheel in back so he can only go for about an hour or so. The young girl has a prey drive that is out of this world. Dave it was great meeting you as well. The wife has been looking in the ozarks area for a job but none of them pay what she is making up here; so for now unfortunately we are stuck here.

He did a great job and was a pleasure to fish with!! Got caught napping with the dogs. Hard to fish the Ned in the wind but it can be done. Who said you can't catch 'whoppers' on the Ned. Not sure about it being the "absolute optimum"; I tend to lean toward Tatsu for my fluoro line. Stuff is expensive though!!

Those darn talons are pretty much useless down here so they have not been in the water to scare the fish away. LOL

Thought I should throw up a report. We are half way through our trip and fishing has been good. Not as good as dtrs5kprs has been doing but for us it has been good. Been catching between 20-30 a day with fishing around 6 hours each day. We have found our fish mostly in 10-20 fow on main lake gravel points and some inside of bluff ends in the same water depth. Most fish have been on the Ned with a very few on stick baits on windy points. No pics for now as we have no way to download them here from the wife's camera.

We wondered if that was you. Was gonna holler but since you had an empty trailer we figured you were wanting to get out and fish. Any time you see the truck here feel free stop in!! We got out for around 3 hours and did a little running along with fishing. We only caught 10 or so little smallies. When we kind of got something figured out it was time to get off the water. Hope the rain stays away now!!

Our trip is finally here!!! Will be at TR starting friday until the end of the month. If any of you see this boat make sure to swing by and say hi.

Yes the swing jig and wobble head are the same thing. If you see the boat in my avatar stop and say hi as we will be on the water starting saturday for 2 weeks.

The sp-90 compared to my original is pretty well spot on also. The picture doesn't do it justice. The 110 knock offs really look fantastic in person! Wish I could take pictures that would show just how good these all actually are.

Guys I just have to brag some about a fellow member on here.... I had Gatorbitu do some painting for me and to say he does a FANTASTIC job would be a HUGE understatement!!!
