65 degrees south of the mile long bridge. Went today and going again tomorrow.

Water temps today on Big Sac 65 degrees. Wind was brutal with the colder temps and mist most of the day.

I don't fish Truman much except for crappie. My dad used to catch a few walleye trolling cranks down around kk island.

Yes we have used them. We caught a few fish on them but I wasn't real crazy about'em

Had 6 keepers 8 shorts. Mostly bottom bouncing with spinners comma and jig and crawler. Did catch a couple on jigging raps. Fished for about 10 hours. The fish are very scattered or at least I never got on a bunch in one spot. Mostly from 18 to 23 feet deep

I am not sure about bank fishing but I am also going in the morning and I will be jig and crawler and bottom bouncing with spinners and crawlers. Probably points and secondary points.

Thursday was not nearly as good only had one keeper and two shorts. I am assuming the little cold front slowed them. Not sure though. 5 years ago if someone had told me I would be throwing back walleye I would have had them committed. lol

Great fish. They wore me out today. Fished from 10 to 2. Only could muster 3 and only one was a keeper.

Wifey and I fished today for just over 2 hrs. Had 9 keepers and 2 shorts bigest 19 inches. Then the wind turned around from the North and we decided to wrap it up. All but three were released.

Anywhere 12 to 20 ft. The best one was 12 ft deep

Had a great day 15 keepers 4 shorts biggest 24 inches 4lb 8 oz, 22 1/2 inches 3lb 6 oz. The other two in pic 18 and 17 inches. Half bottom bouncing half jig and crawler.

I will also say though. In public land those people have just as much right to be there as anyone. But if a guy walks up and sees someone already hunting a bird they should leave. But I can't blame them for hearing a bird and going after it if they didn't know anyone was hunting it.

That's public land hunting. It sucks but that's what happens. Hell I hunt private land and every year I have to run two or three hunters off. I had one guy as I was running him off ask for permission the rest of the season. lol I am sometimes amazed how people have the entitlement attitude. I have been hunting my aunts land for 35 years and I have had people get mad at me for running them off when they r trespassing. It is comical.
